We believe in empowering youth to create lasting impact. Through our Field Lab projects, we bring together youth, businesses, organizations, and communities to collaborate, learn, and build solutions that help youth design, launch, and navigate their lives with confidence and direction.

Community Visioning Labs: Work with communities to identify their NextGen youth priorities, co-create solutions, and set actionable goals.

Youth-Driven Workforce Solutions at Oregon’s Workforce Conference
For the past two years, Life2Launch Institute has provided a platform for NextGen youth to exhibit at Oregon’s Workforce Conference. These exhibits empower Oregon youth to connect, share insights, and collaborate on innovative life and career preparedness solutions—designed and driven by youth themselves.
Empowering NextGen Women Leaders in Healthcare
Supported a Northwest healthcare system provider in fostering collaboration among women leaders through intentional gatherings, empowering and uplifting women across the organization, building a legacy of leadership and mentorship for the next generation.
Collectively Cultivating a Thriving Portland
Co-created and led Portland Believers, a non-partisan, non-funded advisory collective uniting diverse community groups and forward-thinking partners. This initiative fosters public and private collaboration to spark transformation, driving Portland's economic vitality and social cohesion.

Leadership Labs: Offer mentorship programs that pair emerging leaders with experienced practitioners to develop leadership skills.

Leadership Labs: NextGen Social Enterprise
Development
Empowered NextGen youth to design and launch Life2Launch as a social enterprise startup, focused on innovating and building generational bridges to transform the school-to-life and career-launching process.
NextGen Social Media Toolkits for Workforce Providers
Developed social media toolkits to help workforce providers create relatable and authentic pathways for connecting with NextGen youth, sharing internships and resources effectively.
Holistic Skill-Building and Accessibility Frameworks for Tourism and Hospitality
Developed a regenerative-focused framework capstone project via Transformational Travel Council (TTC) certification with practical, relatable domains for tour operators, event planners, and destination service professionals.
Presented at the 2024 Oregon Destination Association conference an integrated, holistic accessibility approach emphasizing inclusive design and practices alongside skill-building to foster sustainability, inclusivity, and community-centered approaches in tourism and hospitality.

Developed a foundational framework that supports changemakers of all ages by organizing, curating, and distributing tools and resources to build capacity, awareness, and skills for fostering meaningful relationships within communities, workplaces, and educational settings.
NextGen-Aligned Skill-Building Workshops for Service Providers
Collaborated with youth empowerment organizations to design and deliver relatable skill-building workshops and training sessions. Equipping service providers to better connect with and support youth in their life and career development journeys.

Life and Career Launching Labs
Supported Life2Launch's NextGen creative team members from priority populations through our mentoring, coaching, internships, apprenticeships, and financial assistance. This includes funding for tuition, housing, and meal stipends, and video equipment purchasing programs. These efforts empower young creatives to thrive personally and professionally while driving impactful projects.
Elevating changemakers and their work to inspire and influence others.
Storytelling Labs: Collaborate with communities to document and share their success stories, creating models for others to follow.
Advocacy Workshops: Equip changemakers with the tools and knowledge to push for equitable policies and systemic change.
Awareness Campaigns: Co-create campaigns highlighting the importance of collaboration, accessibility, and resilience in community development.
Artist Storytelling Lab
Youth-led and produced an Oregon artist documentary series highlighting lived experiences and alternative career pathways for young creatives.
Preschool for All Awareness
Supported community organizations through impactful video projects youth-led and produced, including raising awareness and funding for childcare centers with the African Immigrants and Refugees Organization (CAIRO) and scaling childcare provider training programs with Social Venture Partners (SVP).
Empowering NextGen Leadership for Community Transformation
Enabled Oregon youth to design tech solutions and innovative marketing strategies for confident life launches. Provided a platform to collaborate with schools, businesses, and non-profits, amplifying voices impacted by systemic barriers and ensuring they shape transformative solutions.
